Shawn Szalabofka focuses on personal development through one-on-one coaching. He comes from a business management background of more than 15 years in the wellness industry and brings a unique appreciation for the power health has to change patterns of behavior. Throughout his career, Shawn has always focused on building strengths and minimizing weaknesses through positive feedback, self-discovery and detailed action plans. Shawn works with high-level corporate executives, individuals, entrepreneurs and corporations of all sizes, across a range of industries. He helps companies with their leadership development, with management training, mentoring programs communication skills and feedback reviews.

Kristen Rutledge is an Aesthetic nurse and graduate from Northeastern Hospital School of Nursing. Kristen has been a RN for 18 years with most of her career spent in the OR.  Her favorite procedures were anything Plastic Surgery. She always knew she wanted to work in aesthetics. She is super passionate about making clients feel their best and achieving their beauty goals.

Jacqueline is a Licensed Cosmetologist, Certified Laser Technician, Microblading Specialist, and Founder of All Dolled Up Makeup. Jacqueline has been working in the beauty industry for over a decade, she knew at a young age that this is where she needed to be. Due to her extensive training and experience in skincare she is able to offer an array of services. She believes that building a relationship with her clients and seeing real results is the most rewarding part of her job. In addition to her warm and easy going personality, Jacqueline’s clients appreciate her enthusiasm for staying current with the latest trends and techniques in her field.

Meghan Berkis is an Aesthetic Nurse and a graduate from Temple University. Prior to becoming a nurse, Meghan earned a bachelor of science degree in education. Meghan was raised in Newtown and a graduate from Archbishop Wood High School. She currently lives in Langhorne with her husband and three children, Drew, Brynn, & Reese. Meghan spent the majority of her nursing career in geriatric and rehabilitation always enjoying educating her patients on health and wellness. This love brought her to the aesthetics side of nursing. She is a member of the International Society of Plastic and Surgical Nurses and is passionate about continuing her education on new procedures and products. Meghan has a comforting and caring aura who wishes to provide the best results in the most conservative approach. In addition to being trained in neurotoxins & fillers, Meghan has been trained in traditional microneedling with or without prp (aka Vampire facial), Fraxel, IPL, hair removal, IV hydration, as well as hormone pellet therapy.

Skye Bertoldo is a graduate of FIT, Fashion Institute and Technology, NY with a degree in fashion merchandising and marketing.  She is a fashionista and fitness junkie and loves what she does.  Skye goes above and beyond her basic roles at the front desk at Refresh.  She is our client’s first “fresh” impression when walking into the office and is a wealth of knowledge about the procedures as well as healthy and beauty in general.  She is truly a breath of “fresh” air.
